whew!! this took a loooong time!! In case you can't tell, this is a Reshiram Giginka in chibi form 
This is my friend Joey, ~BlackpheonixSlash 's character Rosie. I've owed him this for such a long time DX. The room she's in is sort of like a dreamscape room that she controls, able to make anything happen by the sheer power of her will; the room is like a blank canvas waiting for someone to draw on it XDD
(gotta practice this more; but I think it was a good first attempt at a new style:'D)
